About Meg Randle

Meg Randle is the Founder of Freddy Johnson Stories, a storytelling brand that helps parents and children connect through humor, imagination, and shared storytelling.

Freddy Johnson began as a series of stories created by Michael Powell and shared with his grandchildren. When Michael introduced Freddy Johnson to Meg’s son, Lincoln, the stories became contagious. Lincoln soon started asking friends, family members, and even acquaintances, “Can you tell me a Freddy Johnson story?” The growing number of people creating their own Freddy Johnson adventures revealed something important: anyone can tell a Freddy Johnson story.

What began as a diverse collection of stories has evolved into an easy-to-follow storytelling framework that helps families create their own adventures, sparking imagination, laughter, and connection along the way.

Meg lives in Columbus, Ohio, where she continues to develop Freddy Johnson Stories and explore ways to help parents connect more deeply with their children. She is often inspired by her curious and creative son, Lincoln, who still asks “Can you tell me a Freddy Johnson story?”

At its core, her work is focused on bringing more joy to childhood.
